Service Overview
 
ORDER PROCESS
To make the payment for your train tickets and delivery, yow will need to make a request at our website in the “Order Tickets” section. After you submit the request, you will receive a reply from one of our managers within 24 hours. If there are available tickets on the train you have selected our manager will send you payment details including a link to a secure online credit card payment server CCNow. You will then need to make your payment there with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Pay Pal, or Discover credit cards. All information on CCNow server is encrypted with TLS v1.0 128 bit ARC4 protocol and is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. The "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a web site's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, to ensure transaction security. Your card will be charged only after the tickets are purchased for you.

TICKETS DELIVERY
After the tickets are purchased for you, you can have your tickets delivered to your address or get it yourself in Moscow or St. Petersburg when it is convenient for you. The delivery in Moscow and St. Petersburg is free of charge, the delivery abroad is about $40 US with UPS or FedEx courier post (depending on your location). Please, add the applicable amount to your order.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
We would like to inform you that no refunds will be given for the tickets you will be ordering now. This is due to the policy of the Russian Railways that makes it almost impossible to issue a refund. Please, understand, that this is a forced measure and be careful when you pay for your ticket making sure your full name, departure date and place, destination, and all other details are correct and will not be changed. We would also like to notice that you are fully responsible that the address of delivery you specified in the order form is correct and that there will be somebody receiving tickets at this address on the date and time you specify. In case the tickets are not delivered because you specified the wrong address or because there was nobody to receive them when the courier arrived to deliver them, we will not provide any refund and it will be your responsibility to obtain the tickets from the courier afterwards.
